Always make sure you only link exchange with things that are relevent to your website or they become bad links and worthless.

I think they mean for you to decide which links are best associated with your site, otherwise you won't get many clicks The bot shouldn't and COULDN'T decide things like that

I suggest using a banner or link rotator on your site, with about two areas per page showing links or banners.
This way you can have atone of reciprocal links without your site looking like a link dump!


If you run 10 reciprocal links at each rotator you page will stay neat and you still have lots of links, IMHO.

I disagree, provided your link has relevant anchor text then its a good link!
